The cream whipper is suitable for the preparation of fresh and 100% natural liquid cream with some sugar or syrup, whipped by using the cream patterns. This cream whipper produces more cream than an old-fashioned whisk. The end product can stay fresh in the cream whipper and in the fridge for about 10 days, without affecting the delicious taste. The method of preparation consists in using the ingredients with gelatin in a siphon.
